## Meet Dr. Aisling Lanigan

Dr. Aisling Lanigan is a naturopathic doctor and the founder of Flourish, a multidisciplinary clinic with three locations in Toronto, a growing associate team, and multiple online offerings.

Today, Flourish is a thriving, modern healthcare brand.

But it didn’t start that way.

## Before Flourish: Split Shifts, No Focus, and Burnout Looming

When Aisling first entered practice, she was doing what many associates do to survive:

- Working at four different clinics
- Split shifts starting at 7am
- Long drives across the GTA
- No clear clinical focus
- No cohesive brand or long-term plan

One clinic focused on women’s health.

Another on sports medicine.

She was “all over the place” — clinically and professionally.

What she did know was this:

She wanted her own clinic — and she wanted to do it differently.

## The Inflection Point: Finding the Right Kind of Support

Aisling first met Meghan Walker at Impact Lives, early in its history. At the time, she wasn’t looking for tactics — she was looking for direction.

“I really wanted to start my own clinic. That was my goal. I was looking for support around that.”

What mattered most wasn’t just business coaching — it was working with someone who deeply understood the realities of being a clinician.

That’s when she entered the Clinician Business Labs ecosystem.

## Building Flourish: Methodology Before Marketing

During her first year in the mastermind, Aisling opened Flourish’s first location.

But the work went far beyond leases and logos.

Together, we focused on:

- Clarifying what she was truly passionate about
- Developing a clear system of care
- Creating a clinic brand with depth and direction
- Making decisions that aligned with her long-term vision

Instead of copying someone else’s model, Flourish was built from the inside out.

## Scaling with Support (Not Chaos)

Over the next several years, Flourish continued to grow — intentionally.

Today:

- 3 clinic locations
- 17 associates
- An online store
- Multiple online programs
- A leadership structure that supports sustainability

“There’s been wild growth in the last five years.”

Just as important as the business growth was the personal growth.

## Confidence, Clarity, and Leadership

Aisling credits much of her evolution to the mindset and leadership work woven into the CBL experience:

- Increased confidence as a clinic owner
- Stronger decision-making
- Letting go of perfectionism
- Access to high-level thinkers and mentors
- A community of practitioners building intelligent practices

“As healthcare providers, a lot of us are perfectionists. We deliberate a lot. This is just a decision you don’t need to deliberate on.”

## A Practice That Reflects the Practitioner

Flourish isn’t just bigger — it’s aligned.

It reflects:

- A clear clinical philosophy
- A thoughtful care model
- A leader who knows what matters most

And it continues to evolve.
