Recording videos is powerful. But if they’re scattered across inboxes, Slack threads, or desktop folders, they’re not helpful.


This is why you need a training portal spreadsheet. It’s simple:


  • Column A: Task Category (e.g. Front Desk, Admin, Social)

  • Column B: Task Name (e.g. "How to Confirm Appointments")

  • Column C: Loom Link


Now your team has one central source of truth—no more asking you.
