Case Study: The Evolution of Impact LIVEs (2018–2025)

When we launched Impact LIVEs in 2018, I wasn’t trying to build a conference. I was trying to build a container.
A space where visionary clinicians could gather and grow.
A place for those of us who never quite fit the traditional model.
A stage for practitioners ready to lead with both their science and their soul.
Since that first year, we’ve built something much bigger than an event. We’ve built a movement.
So before we bring it back this fall—broadcast live from Barcelona—I want to take a moment to reflect.
Here’s what we’ve built together… and what’s coming next.

2018 — The Beginning: Where Clinicians Became Entrepreneurs
Back in 2018, “business” wasn’t a word clinicians were comfortable saying out loud.
Impact LIVEs launched as a bold invitation: What if building a business wasn’t selfish—but necessary?
What if making an income didn’t mean you had to sacrifice your integrity?
That year, we gave permission to practitioners everywhere to start thinking differently.
Spotlight: Dr. Jordan Robertson
Jordan wasn’t sure she should attend. She had a family, a busy schedule—and let’s be honest, the business side wasn’t really her thing.
But something nudged her. And thank God it did.
“I almost didn’t come. But that investment added $200,000 to our bottom line. We changed our pricing, our systems, and our structure. I can’t believe I almost missed it.”
— Dr. Jordan Robertson, Clarity Health + The Confident Clinician
Since that first Impact LIVEs, Jordan has scaled her clinic, built an educational empire, and helped thousands of clinicians become more confident, ethical, and evidence-informed. She is proof that when you step into your discomfort, you scale your impact.

2019 — Abundance: Visibility, Wealth & Worthiness
In 2019, we focused on abundance—not just in finances, but in freedom, energy, and visibility.
We introduced frameworks to increase new patient conversions and retention.
We showed how to 10x your income without 10x'ing your hours.
And most importantly, we taught clinicians how to move from transactional to transformational care.
Spotlight: Dr. Katie Thomson Aitken
Katie joined us early in her journey as an associate. But she left with more than ideas—she left with a roadmap.
“I’m still learning and implementing what I picked up at Impact LIVEs.”
— Dr. Katie Thomson Aitken, TranquilMindNaturopath.com
Since 2019, Katie has written a book, launched a program, and built a profitable practice focused on anxiety care. She’s living proof that abundance follows clarity—and that momentum is built one strategic action at a time.

2020 — Community: Scaling Care Without Burning Out
2020 tested everything.
And while the world shut down, we showed up—virtually—for the biggest Impact LIVEs yet.
The theme? Community.
Because scaling doesn’t have to mean more 1:1. It can mean group programs, shared health models, and delivering care in ways that support you, too.
We built the framework for scalable, accessible group care.
We donated ticket proceeds to Naturopaths Without Borders and local Toronto food initiatives.
We reclaimed the year… together.

Spotlight: Dr. Michelle Peris
Michelle was already pioneering group care through The Wild Collective. IL 2020 gave her the push, the platform, and the strategic playbook to scale it beyond what she imagined.
“Impact LIVEs is a high-vibe, safe space for health entrepreneurs who think differently to collaborate and innovate new ways to deliver care.”
— Dr. Michelle Peris
She now teaches other clinicians how to launch their own group programs—and she’s done it all while growing a brand and movement rooted in connection.

2021 — Marketing: The Message is the Medicine
This year was about stepping into visibility and aligning your story with your mission.
We broke down our proven CBL marketing system step-by-step. We showed that marketing isn’t manipulation—it’s medicine.
And we redefined success: not clicks or likes, but connection.
Spotlight: Dr. Michelle Niesley
Michelle came with 20+ years of experience—and walked away with a whole new ecosystem.
“Excellent lineup. I joined Clinician Code. I’ve already connected with multiple speakers. It’s so helpful to have someone share those resources so we don’t all have to reinvent the wheel."
— Dr. Michelle Niesley
Since Impact Live 2021, Michelle has expanded her collaborations and become a visible leader in evidence-based care and mentorship. This is what happens when marketing is aligned with meaning.

2022 — Future-Proofing: Build What You Came Here to Build
This was our most soulful year yet.
We didn’t just talk about strategy—we talked about sovereignty.
We asked: What kind of future are you building?
What kind of impact are you here to lead?
We introduced the concept of Impact Medicine: a way of practicing and leading where your business becomes a reflection of your purpose.
Spotlight: Anne Fischer Silva
Anne was already successful—but she came looking for a new kind of clarity.
“Impact LIVEs is for the clinician who is overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. This event helped me recalibrate and recommit to what matters most in my business.”
— Anne Fischer Silva
She left with a renewed sense of direction and deepened her role as a mentor and leader in the functional nutrition space.

2025 — The Return: The Intelligent Practice
October 16–18, 2025 | Live from Barcelona (Virtual)
After three years away, we’re back—and we’re not just picking up where we left off.
We’re raising the bar.
This year’s theme is The Intelligent Practice.
We’ll explore how to scale care with AI-powered systems without losing the human magic.
We’ll deepen your leadership identity.
We’ll show you how to grow sustainably—financially, emotionally, and energetically.
This is where innovation meets intention.
This is where the future of healthcare is designed.
And this is your invitation to join us.
