But it didn’t start that way.

Before Flourish: Split Shifts, No Focus, and Burnout Looming

When Aisling first entered practice, she was doing what many associates do to survive:


  • Working at four different clinics

  • Split shifts starting at 7am

  • Long drives across the GTA

  • No clear clinical focus

  • No cohesive brand or long-term plan


One clinic focused on women’s health.

Another on sports medicine.

She was “all over the place” — clinically and professionally.


What she did know was this:


She wanted her own clinic — and she wanted to do it differently.
