Build It Right: The Practitioner’s Guide to High-Converting Offers

Think you have a visibility problem? What if it’s actually your offer?
Most practitioners assume they need more eyeballs on their business. But what Hayley Davis shared with Club 44 members this month flipped that belief on its head. The truth? If your offer doesn’t convert, no amount of traffic will fix it.
In this session, Hayley broke down exactly how to structure your offer so it’s irresistible and aligned with your goals—and how to match it with the right marketing funnel to bring in high-quality, ready-to-book leads.
Here’s what you need to know if you want to build an offer that actually sells.
1. Your Product Is Not Your Offer
Here’s the kicker: your offer isn’t “six acupuncture sessions” or “a 4-month hormone reset.”
Your offer is the transformation someone wants.
Instead of selling sessions, sell the outcome:
“Get rid of migraines in three weeks and sleep through the night again.”
To get there, Hayley outlined the Offer Formula:
WHAT – The product/service you’re offering
WHY – The relevance to your client’s life right now
WHEN – A time-sensitive driver (urgency)
WHO – A clearly defined audience
TRANSFORMATION – The outcome they want, and what they’ll leave with
This isn’t just about features—it’s about positioning and packaging your offer so it feels essential, timely, and crystal clear.
Bonus takeaway: Sexy names sell. Reframe your offers with punchy, benefit-driven titles like “The Recurring Revenue Kickstarter” or “Bloat to Balanced Blueprint.”
2. Choose the Right Offer at the Right Time
Hayley introduced the Quadrants of Care to help practitioners avoid a common trap: building the wrong offer too soon.
Here’s the growth path:
Aspirational Quadrant (Free) – Lead magnets, blogs, content that attracts and nurtures
Strategic Quadrant (1:1 Care) – This is your highest-converting offer. You need strong demand (ideally a 3-week waitlist!) before moving beyond this stage.
Growth Quadrant (Retention) – Maintenance offers like memberships
Empowerment Quadrant (Courses) – Only viable when you have strong Intellectual Property (IP) and a solid personal brand. Otherwise, it’s an uphill battle in today’s AI-saturated world.
If your 1:1 care isn’t maxed out, do not start with a course. Instead, double down on optimizing your core offer and building demand first.
3. Pick a Funnel That Matches Your Readiness
Great offers need great delivery. And that’s where your marketing funnel comes in.
Here are five funnel types Hayley walked us through:
1. Basic Lead Magnet Funnel
Ad → Opt-in (e.g. checklist or cheat sheet) → Nurture Emails → Core Offer
This is perfect for beginners.
2. Advanced Lead Magnet Funnel
Ad → Webinar/Quiz/Challenge → Nurture → Offer
This funnel attracts higher quality leads, but requires more setup time.
3. Evergreen Program Funnel
Content/Ad → Lead Magnet → Evergreen Webinar → Offer
This is ideal for those with strong IP and an existing webinar.
4. Call-Based Funnel
Ad → VSL → Application → Enrollment Call
This is best for high-ticket offers ($3K+). Use a video to pre-sell before hopping on a call.
5. Sales-First Funnel
Ad → Low Ticket Offer ($29 toolkit, free + shipping, blog article with CTA)
This funnel sells on the front-end and funds your ad spend.
Hayley emphasized: start with one funnel. Keep it simple, prove it converts, then build.
One Strong Offer = Scalable Growth
Before you build the course, the funnel, or the Instagram strategy—get your offer right.
📌 Nail your messaging
📌 Choose the right quadrant
📌 Match your offer to a simple funnel
📌 Test before you scale
And here’s the best part: you don’t have to do this alone.
